This page explains the information used to receive, match, print, and complete an order placed through Telegram.

PDF files
PDF files are used to produce the print order you request. Password-protected, corrupted, or unreadable files cannot be printed. Night Print does not edit, proofread, repair, or improve submitted documents.
Order information
Telegram identifiers, the NP order code, page count, payment references, order status, and timestamps may be used to match a file with its order and payment. Payment instructions are provided only inside the Telegram ordering flow.
Retention
Local files for completed, failed, or cancelled orders are deleted 24 hours after that status. Files for unresolved orders are retained only while needed and expire after 30 days. Printed orders are held for 72 hours.
Support
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions about an order, use Get Help in the same Telegram chat so the request can be matched to the correct NP code.
