When does printing start?
Start in Telegram and tap Finish Order. Pay only with the details shown by the bot, and copy your NP code into the Interac Message field.
How fast will my prints be ready?
Most matched orders are ready in about 15 minutes. Wait for the Telegram confirmation because queues, large orders, or printer issues may change the ready time.
What if I pay too little or the code does not match?
Printing pauses for review. Do not send another transfer. Tap Get Help in Telegram if the payment has not matched, and an operator will update you in the same chat.
How do pickup and file retention work?
Wait for the ready message, then bring your NP code to 39 Pemberton Ave. Local files for completed, failed, or cancelled orders are deleted 24 hours after that status. Unresolved-order files are kept only while needed and expire after 30 days. Prints are held for 72 hours.

Privacy + terms
Important before sending files.
01 File privacy
PDF files are used only to print and match your order. Local files for completed, failed, or cancelled orders are deleted 24 hours after that status. Unresolved-order files are retained only while needed and expire after 30 days. Telegram identifiers, payment references, NP code, and page count may be used to match the file and payment. Do not send files you do not want handled by a Telegram-based print service.
02 Print handling
Night Print does not edit, repair, proofread, or improve PDFs. Passworded, corrupted, or unreadable PDFs are not printed. All files print single-sided, A4, black-and-white; color becomes grayscale and low-quality PDFs print as-is.
03 Payment + pickup
Underpaid, unmatched, or invalid orders are paused for operator review and reported in Telegram. Overpayments are not automatically refunded. Request cancellation through the bot; it is not guaranteed after printing starts. Printed orders are held for 72 hours and require the NP order code at pickup.
